Refund & Returns Policy

At Hairdense, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of the product, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You received a defective or incorrect product

  • Your return has been approved and received (if applicable)

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect shade selection

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
